工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍

直熱式熱風(fēng)爐，是利用外界自然風(fēng)在熱風(fēng)爐周壁循環(huán)預(yù)熱后進(jìn)入爐腔，在風(fēng)機(jī)負(fù)壓下進(jìn)行工作的原理，以達(dá)到燃煤充分、節(jié)約能耗的效果，它主要應(yīng)用于對(duì)產(chǎn)品外觀要求不嚴(yán)格的熱源行業(yè)。熱風(fēng)爐在風(fēng)機(jī)的負(fù)壓下，外界風(fēng)由爐腔頂部進(jìn)入爐腔，在爐腔內(nèi)進(jìn)行預(yù)熱，進(jìn)入爐膛，然后熱空氣進(jìn)入回轉(zhuǎn)滾筒。

   The directly heated air furnace applies the principle that the natural wind preheated firstly around the furnace bottom before entering the furnace chamber,works under the negative pressure of the fan,to get the effect of complete coal combustion and reducing energy consumption.It is mainly used in heat source industrywhich has no strict requirement for the product appearance.Under the negative pressure of fans,the outside wind enters the furnace and is preheated there before entering the hearth,then the hot air enters the rotary durm.
